Strong & Calm sessions start again in November.

All levels, genders and bodies welcome.

Bodypositive, semi-private personal training with a focus on building strength & power using old school barbells and dumbbells with some yin yoga added to balance you out.

$200 for 7 sessions

Classes are limited in size and can’t accommodate drop-ins.

November 2 – December 14
Thursdays: 5:30 pm or 6:30 pm

November 5 – December 17
Sundays: 10:30am

November 7-December 19
Tuesdays: 5:30pm or 6:30pm

Held at TopShape Fitness Studio, 18 Louisa Street, Unit 281.

 

Groups or times don’t work for you?

We can build your own group, do hybrid gym/online coaching, distance coaching, add in some holistic health coaching, let’s see how we can get creative with your commitment to wellness.
