WHAT IS BODYPOSITIVE, FEMINIST FITNESS?

Body positive, feminist fitness recognizes that there isn't just one way to have a body or be well. Your body, your goals, your choice.

Sessions are based upon circuit training, the use of weights and other equipment, bodyweight exercises and yin yoga.

The focus is on the intersection of strength, cardiovascular fitness and resilience.  I'll teach you how and you decide how hard to push yourself or how heavy to lift.

Injuries and movement restrictions will be respected, modifications or alternate exercises will be provided.  You will not be weighed or measured or told to diet. Because who needs that shit?  If you want to set and track realistic body composition goals, that's great too, I'm a guide not the decision maker and am here to support your choices.

CAN I TRY A SESSION BEFORE COMMITTING TO STRONG & CALM?

Space is limited and I respect other clients and trainers' space and privacy at the gym.
