Transformation Challenge: 15 days of silence


This is an accessible and personal transformation.

No gear, no big deal, no pressure.

Taking a moment promotes holistic wellness, taking a moment to breathe or reflect is a practice that has been proven effective in all activities. Mindfulness builds calm and resilience, which you draw upon when you need to have a quick reaction, to make a big decision or to live with more ease.

October 10 – October 31: 15 days of silence

Don’t freak out. Not the entire day, just a set amount of silence per day while being realistic about days possibly missed. If you can do more, do more.

  1. Take a pic of your face, face only.
    Commit to 15 days between now and the end of October as your days for cultivating silence.
  2. 2. Spend 2-xx?? minutes per day in silence.
    Seated with eyes closed is preferable but lying/standing or walking with gaze down also work.
  3. Take a pic of your face again on October 31. Notice anything?

This is the type of before/after that I’d like to see more in the world.
